Position Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Sales Assistant to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is focused, detail oriented, possesses excellent communication and customer service skills, has the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist sales staff with major accounts by relaying messages regarding quotes, deadlines, production, shipping and fulfillment of orders.
- Create and revise invoices and purchase orders.
- Arrange shipping of product (UPS and FedEx, rate quotes, packing slips, tracking, etc.)
- Handle trade show arrangements (travel, itineraries, booth arrangements, etc)
- Field incoming calls, distribute leads among sales reps, and general administration.

Work Hours
- Monday-Friday, 8:45am - 5:45pm
