Organic supplement manufacturing involves the use of organic raw materials in the production of dietary health supplements. Organic manufacturing specializes in the intensive care of raw materials and adhering to certain processing techniques so that the nutritional potency of raw materials is not lost during the manufacturing process.

Organic supplements have more nutritive value - more minerals, higher vitamin levels, and more phytonutrients that are easily bioavailable. Organic supplements are considered to be far superior to their synthetic counterparts, and hence organic manufacturing is in high demand. About 30% to 40% of health supplement consumers choose organic over synthetic supplements. This trend is expected to keep rising for the new few years.

Organic manufacturing includes a wide range of supplements such as those that help regulate cholesterol levels, increase energy, support immune health, aid weight loss, enhance weight/muscle gain, slow down the process of aging, for overall well-being, and many more. These supplements can be manufactured in various forms such as capsules, tablets, soft-gels, gel-caps, powders, liquids, or even bars.

Processing of organic supplements involves stringent quality control.  Nutricap ensures quality control at every stage of organic processing.  This involves:

• Choosing the right supplier of organic raw materials. This begins with practicing organic cultivation and harvesting. Our suppliers are not only able to deliver organic-certified raw materials but the exact botanical species, and the correct plant part that is required.
• Testing of Raw Materials. A rigorous testing of raw materials to verify botanical identity, strength and purity and to make sure these herbs do not contain any contaminants, such as pesticides and fertilizers. We further sanitize all raw materials to purify the herbs of any residual chemicals. This is usually done through a dry steam process which offers maximum preservationof the physical and chemical properties of the herb.
• Manufacturing Process. We take utmost care to avoid any kind of contamination - environmental, cross contamination, or co-mingling with non-organic products. Implementation of GMPs and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) during our manufacturing process ensures a quality product. We use manufacturing techniques that preserve potency, purity and allow for maximum bioavailability of herbs in the final product.
• Certifications. We are certified organic by a recognized authority. We are also certified by Quality Assurance International (QAI) which is a third party certification of organic food systems. This adds credibility, assuring consumers of the trustworthiness of our products in all aspects of organic processing.
